NETFLIX has announced a terrifying new live action Resident Evil series from the creators Supernatural. The streaming giant is developing a series based on Capcom's hugely popular horror video game franchise.

Posting a photo of the script to its official Twitter account yesterday, Netflix teased fans with the upcoming title's very first episode.

Alongside the image, Netflix wrote: “When the Wesker kids move to New Raccoon City, the secrets they uncover might just be the end of everything.” The account later revealed the format will be eight one hour episodes will be helmed by Andrew Dabb .
