He lived in the house, he might live in there now."And while the prospect of an invisible roommate may not have appealed before, Pyke reassures that ghosts are usually pretty respectful house guests - and they won't even make your bills go up."To quote [historian] Richard Felix, if ghosts had a job, it wouldn't be to scare people," Pyke continued."They're just continuing to crack on live their life, you know, they're not down there to jump out of a corner and say 'boo' or anything like that."There's nothing to be afraid of ghosts whatsoever.

The only problem is, you don't know who they are. You wouldn't invite a stranger in."So what should you do if you suspect you're living with a ghost?

Pyke has some words of wisdom - but it might not be what you'd expect."Would I say communicate, find out who it is? Now, because you are then encouraging and acknowledging their presence.
