This includes going for a walk - and National Trust Scotland has confirmed that a number of its beauty spots remain open, for those looking to spice up their daily exercise.Castles, gardens and country parks are among the places that Scots can still explore amid the tight measures in place.

Despite many remaining up across the country, people must only visit ones that are in their local as per the coronavirus rules set out by the Scottish Government.
