A nanny who was the victim of a vicious rape while out walking in park "deliberately drove into a truck to end her life," three months after the traumatising ordeal.
The 24-year-old Polish national was allegedly beaten and raped in November 2016, as she walked in a Brisbane Park in Australia.
Three months later, she died instantly as her Toyota Yaris crossed into the path of a truck while driving in "good conditions".
Speaking at the Brisbane District Court on Wednesday, prosecutor Steve Kissick said: "The (crash investigator) does not draw the ultimate conclusion that it was suicide. “It is my submission that this court can find that her death was a result of suicide."
