BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty has addressed Max Verstappen's controversial win in the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix against Lewis Hamilton yesterday.
During the nail-biting final lap, Max, 24, passed his Mercedes rival, 36, after a last-gasp safety car period, which has since sparked concern among Formula One fans.The Dutchman, who was on fresher tyres than Lewis, overtook his Mercedes rival on Turn 5 to claim the victory which earned him the Drivers' Championship.The F1 star skipped the mandatory post-race press conference as Mercedes protested two decisions to the FIA.Naga, 46, has since taken to Twitter and reacted to the news after it was confirmed that the request has been denied.In view of her 263,000 followers, the BBC host retweeted.
