Daily Star's biggest headlines straight to your inbox!Surrey police are trying to track down a Good Samaritan who averted a near-disaster on Sunday when a buggy with two babies strapped into it rolled into the River Thames .Officers posted an account of the dramatic incident in Staines-upon-Thames on the Runnymede branch of the official Surrey Police Facebook page in a bid to identify the hero.They explained: “A woman had taken her two grandsons, aged 1 and 2, for a walk to the River Thames."They were strapped into the buggy and whilst at the riverbank, completely by accident, the buggy started to roll as the brake was not properly applied.
