direct to your inboxTwo major UK supermarkets are urgently recalling certain chicken products over fears they may contain salmonella.Sainsbury's and Morrisons, along with B&M, all stock SFC chicken items - some of which are affected.The Chick Inn 32 Jumbo Chicken Nuggets and Chicken Poppets were recalled and they were made by Vestey Foods and sold in Heron Foods stores and B&M.Salmonella can cause symptoms including fever, diarrhoea and abdominal cramps, according to the FSA.

Shops that have sold the products will have signs up in-store, reports Berkshire Live.The following batch codes on SFC Chicken Poppets are affected:The batch code of the affected 650g SFC Take Home Boneless Bucket in L19720 with a best before date of November 28.
