A probe has been launched after video appeared to show Met Police officers pushing and kicking a young black man as he was arrested.
The footage appears to show the man knocked to the floor by around eight officers. It happened on Friday in Wellesley Road, Croydon.
The clip was filmed by a member of the public, who was passing by, My London reports. Police say they are investigating the incident and stated "the actions of each officer seen in the footage will form part of this assessment".
The video appears to show eight officers surrounding the man. When he appears to struggle, one officer seems to kick his legs.
