Pulling down on her cheek to reveal her spotted eyeball on Instagram, she said: "I was like oh my god, what the hell is that?
I literally thought I was going to faint. "Eye stuff, out of everything, sends me under. Anything to do with eyes is a no. I think it might be a burst blood vessel or something. "I've come to the conclusion it's from squeezing and lifting weights at the gym." Known medically as a subconjunctival haemorrhage, a burst blood vessel can be caused by straining or even coughing and sneezing.
