Following WarnerMedia‘s controversial day-and-date release model, which will see all 17 of their films in 2021 dropping on both HBO Max and in theaters at the same time, Paramount Pictures will attempt to shorten their theatrical window for upcoming sequels such as Christopher McQuarrie‘s “Mission: Impossible 7” and John Krasinski‘s “A Quiet Place Part II.” According to Deadline, the pair of blockbusters will be dropped on their streaming service Paramount+ after spending 45-days in theaters.
