Millie Mackintosh has opened up about her postpartum journey and admitted that she felt 'ashamed' of her body after giving birth to her baby.

The 31-year-old former Made In Chelsea star, who welcomed baby Sienna with Hugo Taylor in May 2020, has been very open about her motherhood journey and the hurdles she has overcome throughout the last year.

Speaking to Women's Health, the reality star admitted that in the first few months after giving birth she 'struggled' with her post-baby body and experienced many emotions along the way.

While she has now been able to rebuild her confidence, the mum of one added that she was certainly feeling very 'self-conscious' in the first few months. "It was honestly quite hard to see my body after a baby.
