The Party In The USA hitmaker captioned her new TikTok video "seeing myself in a bikini for the first time since quarantine" as she danced seductively to her sibling's track called Ghost.
Miley strutted down the steps of her backyard and swayed her hips and hands in slow motion back and forth. She used a number of split-screen effects in the clip, which allowed her to appear simultaneously in multiple frames.
