The former rugby ace, 44, yesterday revealed an embarrassing moment he shared with his mother-in-law Princess Anne at wife Zara's 30th birthday.
Speaking on I'm a Celeb, which is televised across the globe, Mike recalled: “Ripped my trousers, straight in front of her. "It happened to be that my boxers I had on at the time said, ‘Nibble my nuts’.” He claimed the Princess Royal then told him: “I’d rather not." And royal expert Angela Levin has today called the very public revelation "absolutely appalling".
