“Greatest” show-woman on earth.Fans are loving Michelle Williams’ narration of Britney Spears’ memoir “The Woman in Me,” especially when the actress mimics a cringe-worthy Justin Timberlake quote.
In the book released Tuesday, Spears, 41, writes that Timberlake, 42, and the other *NSYNC members “tried too hard” to fit in with black artists, recalling an interaction between the “Cry Me a River” singer and Ginuwine, 53.“J got all excited and said, so loud, ‘Oh yeah, fo shiz, fo shiz!
Ginuwiiiine! What’s up, homie?’” Spears claimed Timberlake said when greeting the “Pony” singer. Clips of Williams reciting the line from the audiobook have gone viral on X, the platform previously known as Twitter.“Five-time academy award nominee Michelle Williams saying ‘fo-shiz fo-shiz what’s up homie!’ is art,” one fan declared. “Lol Bit got my white sister Michelle Williams saying WHAT!” another chuckled.
A Timberlake troll added: “Michelle’s delivery accurately depicts just how corny and deplorable Justin has always been.”“Michelle Williams is going to get a Grammy for this,” one fan of the “Dawson’s Creek” actress predicted. “I wanna make this my ringtone,” someone else laughed.“Can we get Morgan Freeman to read it next?” another begged. The Post has contacted reps for Williams for comment.
