The 33-year-old former Coronation Street actress, who is currently filming the latest series of Brassic, proudly showed off her trim physique while resting on a yoga mat during her exercise routine.
In the stunning Boomerang post, that Michelle shared with her 4.8 million Instagram followers, the television star donned black crop top and shorts as she posed in a mirror.
Michelle, who is married to TOWIE's Mark Wright, also slicked her hair back into a high pony for her exercise routine. In front of the star, there were two enormous weights that she appears to have been using during her workout.
