Former Manchester City defender Micah Richards has suggested that Jack Grealish will take time to come into his own at the Etihad Stadium.
Grealish, who was one of five players drafted into City's starting line-up for Saturday evening's clash with Watford, joined the current Premier League title holders in a record-breaking £100million deal from Aston Villa during the summer.
Despite showing signs of promise and scoring two goals and grabbing three assists so far this term, the England international, it is fair to say, has not yet hit top gear, certainly on a regular basis.
The former Villa man has tended to operate on the left-flank and not experienced the free-role that he was so often granted during his time at Villa Park.
