The London force dismissed PC Benjamin Kemp without notice after a police disciplinary panel concluded on Friday (April 30) that he used excessive force on the 17-year-old girl, who has learning disabilities.
The panel heard how the teenager had become distressed during an escorted walk in Newham in May 2019, and had run away from her group.
