Meghan Markle will not release any new episodes of her podcast during the mourning period for her grandmother-in-law The Queen.The news comes as Meghan prepares - along with the rest of the Royal Family - for the funeral of her husband's grandmother.Omid Scobie, a royal expert and friend of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex and her husband Harry Duke of Sussex, confirmed the news in a tweet.READ MORE: Prince Andrew to wear military uniform again at vigil to Queen to show 'special respect'Taking to Twitter, Mr Scobie, who also co-authored the book Finding Freedom, said: "As expected, @Spotify confirm new episodes of Meghan, Duchess of Sussex's podcast, Archetypes, are paused during the mourning period for the Queen."In its note on the Archetypes page, Spotify wrote: "New episodes of Archetypes will be paused during the official mourning period of Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II."The mourning period is expected to last until the end of the seventh day after the Queen's funeral on Monday, September 19, with flags flying at half-mast and alterations to various parts of day-to-day life until then.

She and Harry had been on a mini tour that had seen them travel from the UK to Germany and back again before Harry had to rush up to Balmoral Castle.
Meghan and Harry have since also put aside other plans including her planned appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and a visit to Manhattan to the UN General Assembly.
