Maya Jama is missing out on presenting a gong at the prestigious BAFTA TV Awards tonight - all because of some “posh s*** tuna” she ate.

The 26-year-old DJ and telly personality has said she is too ill to make it - in fact, she has been “throwing up all day” apparently.

She shared the unfortunate news on her Instagram Story, telling her 2.2 million fans: "Soooo sad I won't be at the BAFTAs today.

I ate that posh raw tuna s**t and have been [sick emoji] all day."Was supposed to wear the dress of dreams, also I might have to wear it to the shop next week to feel better."The awards, being held at BBC Television Centre in west London, is being hosted by comedian Richard Ayoade and a plethora of TV stars are in attendance.
