Massive Attack are calling on the government to introduce a plan to cut carbon emissions at concerts.It comes after the band commissioned a report on carbon emissions in the music industry.The report entitled ‘Roadmap To Super Low Carbon Live Music’, produced by the Tyndall Centre for Climate Change Research recommended bands should ditch private jets and reduce the amount of kit they bring on tour.But Rob Del Naja also criticised the government for not doing enough to support the industry to reduce carbon emissions.“Where’s the industrial plan for the scale of the transformation that’s required for the UK economy and society?
