Martin King on what helps him cope the grief of losing his parents

Grief has unfortunately been all the more prevalent in many of our lives over the last year and after the heartbreak of losing both his parents within weeks of each other during 2019, Martin King has shared what helps him cope with their loss.

The Virgin Media Television presenter was speaking as part of the station’s Spring launch and delved into the little way that he still feels connected to his late parents, Martin and Christina. ‘I don’t know if time is a healer, but over time you become used to the fact that they’re not around anymore,’ he explained.
