It is one of Britain's most loved cakes. Millions of us tuck into a caterpillar cake - with various names from Cecil to Colin - every year for celebrations big and small.
The classic sponge is beloved by many but could end up in a courtroom after a legal row was sparked between Aldi and Marks & Spencer's.
Aldi had stopped selling the cake in February, two months before it was accused of infringing the Colin the Caterpillar trademark.
