And now it has been revealed that they also plan to build a granny flat alongside the five-bedroom property.The pair, who recently demolished the £1.3 million farmhouse that stood in its place, have applied to Epping Forest District Council to plan a “one-bedroom annexe” and explained that they wish to demolish the stable building that is currently there.
