Former Liverpool and England midfielder Danny Murphy believes Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers is the right man to become Manchester United's next permanent manager.
The Northern Irishman has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford in recent weeks, including prior to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's sacking a fortnight ago.
United, of course, have since turned to experienced German coach Ralf Rangnick on a deal until the end of the season, but it remains to be seen who will succeed Solskjaer on a long-term basis.
A whole host of names have been linked with the position, including Paris Saint-Germain head coach Mauricio Pochettino, who is understood to be one of United's top targets.
