Manchester United have been told they should have signed West Ham star Declan Rice rather than Jadon Sancho during the summer.
United spent big money on bringing Sancho to Old Trafford from Borussia Dortmund earlier this year, shelling out £73m having targeted him the year before.
The England international has struggled for form since arriving though, leading to his chances in the side being limited under former boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Since the Norwegian’s departure, Sancho’s form has picked up with goals against Villarrel and Chelsea seeing him given a run of starts in recent weeks, although he is yet to show the sort of form that caught the eye during his time at Borussia Dortmund.
