Lingard, 28, has entered the last year of his United contract but United have not received a concrete offer for the £25million-rated forward.
It is highly unlikely United would receive an offer close to their valuation before Tuesday's 11pm deadline even though Lingard scored nine goals in 16 games on loan at West Ham earlier this year.
