The Wolves midfielder has been linked with a move to the Gunners this summer with the Midlands club setting the asking price at £35million.
However, United are now ‘ahead’ of their London rivals for the 24-year-old’s signature according to talkSPORT. Neves has been a vital part of the Old Gold’s squad over the last four seasons, making over 175 appearances during that period.
