Andrea Agnelli, chairman of the European Club Association and chairman of Juventus, has outlined plans for a revamped Champions League under the so-called Swiss system and has also floated a radical change to transfers.
Under Agnelli's proposal, clubs in the Champions League would be barred from doing business with each other, meaning the likes of Manchester United and Man City would be forced to look elsewhere from transfers.
It would mean transfer such as Paul Pogba's move from Juve to Old Trafford in 2016, or Man City's deal to sign Joao Cancelo from the Turin-based.
