Tomberlin allegedly faked his own death after being released pending charges and evaded arrest until Thursday when he was picked up by police 1,000 miles away in Oklahoma City, the Mail Online reports.
US Marshal Service spokesman Andrew Joseph told reporters on Friday that Tomberlin had been living under multiple aliases in Oklahoma for the past two.
