A man who watches beef rot and then scoffs down the rancid meat to get high says the gag-inducing habit is no different to eating crabs.
Daniel Larsson, 27, is part of the 'High Meat' movement and doesn't see the problem with his diet despite the clear health risks, which range from stomach complaints to death.
The Swede only eats meat from local, grass-fed cows, which he leaves in Tupperware in his fridge for two months, while watching the bacteria grow.
He added that he would not trust imported products. The fermentation process is said to give the consumer a euphoric feeling which Daniel compared to drinking "two or three beers".
