After becoming surprise challengers to Manchester City this season, Manchester United now need to strengthen if they are to finally lift the Premier League for the first time since 2013.
The Red Devils are set to see a squad overhaul when the summer transfer window opens, with some fringe members of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ’s squad departing.
That will allow United to bring in a higher calibre of player, which should allow them to kick on. As well as outfield players, the goalkeeper department will require a refresh, with David de Gea, Lee Grant and Sergio Romero all set to leave Old Trafford.
