Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed Edinson Cavani signing a contract extension would not put off Manchester United buying a striker in the summer transfer window.

Manchester United, as well as Chelsea and Manchester City, were put on red alert on Monday evening when it emerged Harry Kane had informed Tottenham of his desire to leave the club.
