Sweden boss Janne Andersson has warned Manchester United that Victor Lindelof will suffer a recurrence of his back injury if he keeps playing during the club's relentless schedule.
Lindelof returned to United after the international break and played the full 90 minutes in the 1-0 win over West Brom on Saturday evening.
That followed on from his two appearances for Sweden during the international break, when he featured for the full game against Croatia and was withdrawn after 66 minutes against France.
Lindelof has played 15 times for club and country this season, but has been carrying a back complaint that saw him miss the Champions League defeat at Istanbul Basaksehir earlier this month.
