Man Utd and Arsenal handed Ruben Neves boost over Wolves star's transfer preference

United and Arsenal are both interested in the Portugal international, who has made his decision on where to go. According to the Daily Mail, Neves wants to stay in the Premier League - snubbing interest in his services from Barcelona and Juventus.
Furthermore, Wolves have priced him at £70million. While that would be a steep valuation, both United and Arsenal are desperate to bolster their midfields.
