Police, paramedics and fire crews were called to the scene of the smash last night (June 21). Two vehicles were involved with the collision, which occurred around 8.15pm. READ MORE: Horrified police discover 13-year-old-boy riding his bike along busy motorway According to Greater Manchester Police, the incident took place on the anti-clockwise carriageway close to the junction 20 slip road for Middleton and Blackley.
One car completely flipped over onto its roof in the smash. A man, aged 42, was taken to hospital from the scene. He suffered minor injuries, police said.
