A man has died and three more people have been rushed to hospital after a serious collision on Bury New Road. Drivers have been facing delays this morning (November 3) after police closed the road in Whitefield between Bury Old Road and junction 17 of the M60.
Emergency services rushed out to the scene after being called out to a three-vehicle crash at around 6.10am. Firefighters also cut three casualties from one vehicle before handing them over to paramedics, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS)
