The pair were charged with modern slavery offences, however the father who was 80-years-old died last year shortly before standing trial.
Both men had denied the charges including conspiring to arrange or facilitate the travel of an individual between 2015 and 2019 with a view to him being exploited.
This week Swailes Junior, 56, pled guilty to the modern slavery offence at court.
