That is according to a report by the Mail, which claims that City will not stand in the defender's way if a buyer is willing to meet their valuation.
Following the signing of Ruben Dias from Benfica last summer and John Stones' terrific form throughout the 2020/21 campaign, Laporte, who represented Spain at the European Championship over the summer, has found opportunities at the Etihad Stadium hard to come by in the last few months.
