The Blues have already pocketed eight-figure sums for Jack Harrison (£15m, Leeds) and Lukas Nmecha (£11m, Wolfsburg) and are set to bank a figure similar to the Nmecha money when Jadon Sancho is confirmed as a United player owing to a sell-on clause inserted into the deal with Dortmund back in 2017.
Hellas Verona are keen on signing midfielder Ilic on a permanent basis after the 23-year-old impressed last season on loan, making 29 league appearances for a team that finished 10th in Serie A.
