Man City's Zack Steffen confirms he has tested positive for Covid-19 on international duty

Steffen was ruled out of the USA's World Cup qualifier with El Salvador on Thursday evening after suffering from back spasms in training, but has since tested positive for the virus.

Steffen, of course, was forced to miss the USA's 1-1 draw with Canada on Sunday evening, with the City goalkeeper confirming on his Instagram Story that he had contracted the disease, despite having received two Covid-19 vaccinations.
