De Bruyne fractured is eye socket and his nose in last month’s Champions League final defeat to Chelsea, resulting in him missing Belgium's opening match with Russia last week.

The 29-year-old came off the bench during his side's 2-1 defeat by Denmark and changed the game, bagging an assist for the equaliser before grabbing the winner with an excellent finish in the 70th minute.
