Manchester City will challenge the likes of Liverpool, Barcelona and AC Milan having reportedly joined the race to sign Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches.
The Lille star has been linked with a move away from France this year, although nothing materialised during the summer transfer window despite rumours.
Speculation continues to surround Sanches’ future, though, with the likes of Liverpool and Barcelona having been linked with him, and now City could be about to join their rivals in the hunt.
Spanish outlet Fichajes have linked Pep Guardiola’s side to the 24-year-old, and stated there are four other sides in the race, with Milan and Newcastle United also said to be interested.
