That is according to Lazaron who report the Spanish winger has been on the Blues' radar for some time now, having been regularly linked with a move to City, and It's believed Pep Guardiola views Oyarzabal as a suitable replacement for Sterling or Bernardo.
Of course, any potential move for Oyarzabal would depend on who Guardiola looks to sell in the transfer market and it's said that Real Sociedad's €75m (£64m) valuation of the 24-year-old wouldn't be an issue, because City would be buoyed by money from either sale.
