Manchester City are 'active' in the race to sign highly rated Fiorentina striker Dusan Vlahovic as they continue to search for a new goalscorer.
That is according to a report by Italian media outlet Tuttosport, who claim that City are keeping a close eye on the Serbian international's development in Serie A.
City, who hammered Club Brugge 5-1 in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday evening, were desperate to add a new striker to their ranks during the summer transfer window, following the exit of Sergio Aguero at the end of last season.
However, City, despite pinpointing Tottenham striker Harry Kane as their number one target during the summer, were unable to get a deal over the line, meaning their pursuit for a striker is still ongoing.
