A Glenfarg man caught driving with cocaine in his system the day after a drinking binge has been banned from the road for a year and a half.Perth Sheriff Court was told this week police first suspected David William Imrie had been driving under the influence of cannabis after they detected a whiff of the drug coming out of his car near his home address on November 2 last year.The court heard it was only after they later tested Imrie’s blood that they found out the 42-year-old he had been taking cocaine the night before.A solicitor acting for Imrie said his client took the Class A drug while on a night out with friends after being contacted out of the blue by an ex-partner who was seeking to arrange a meeting.“This has led to real confusion
