Man arrested after major Ayrshire drug bust uncovers cocaine worth £60,000

A man has been arrested in connection with a major Ayrshire drug bust which uncovered £60,000 worth of cocaine. Police claim they discovered the class A controlled drugs after searching on a property in Mauchline this morning.

It comes after officers swooped on the scene at around 9.30am in Horwood Place. A 39 year old man has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for alleged offences under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 including being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.
