A 26-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a young Scots mum in Stirling. Christopher McGowan appeared in private at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
He is also accused of possessing controlled drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act, threatening and abusive behaviour and breaching bail conditions.McGowan made no plea and was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.His next court appearance is due within the next eight days.Claire Inglis, 28, was found dead at a property in Stirling’s Cultenhove Crescent in the early hours of Sunday.Devastated friends paid heartfelt tributes to the mum-of-one following her death.One pal wrote: “Cannot believe what I have just woke up to.
