Marks and Spencer’s caterpillar cakes are the ultimate celebratory sweet treat. And what better way to honour that than by the retailer bringing out a set of two limited edition caterpillar cakes to celebrate the Queen’s jubilee.
Corgi and Queen Connie the Caterpillar Cake are a selection of two of the store’s famous caterpillar cake but dressed in royal fashion.The chocolate sponge rolls are filled with chocolate buttercream and covered in milk chocolate.
Both also come with an edible cape with Queen Connie’s featuring a crown on the back and Corgi has a union jack on his. Each cake has a chocolate face – white chocolate with a tiara for Queen Connie and milk chocolate for cheeky Corgi.
Marks and Spencer didn’t stop there and also released Caramel Corgi Mousse Cakes.The cakes are filled with caramel blond chocolate mousse and salted caramel coming on a crisp chocolate wafer base.
