Earlier this week, the 30-year-old star and fiance Ryan Thomas told followers that their little boy had spent almost a week in intensive care after a terrifying emergency.
While they haven't yet provided details on what happened to Roman, Lucy updated fans on how he is getting on at home on her Instagram Story today.
The toddler looked happy as he played and spent time with family, but the former Towie favourite explained that he "doesn't like" his new inhaler.
