Lucy Mecklenburgh has suggested that parenting is like a 'military operation' as she enjoyed a rare moment to herself on Thursday.

The 29-year-old former TOWIE star, who gave birth to baby Roman in March 2020, was able to enjoy the day alone while her fiancé Ryan Thomas kept their son entertained.
